What is collected

What is not collected
Card and bank details never reach Courier King. Payments and driver payouts run through Stripe, which collects those directly. This platform stores Stripe's identifiers — an account reference, a payment reference — and nothing that could be used to charge a card or move money from an account.
Nothing is collected for advertising. Nothing is sold, and nothing is shared with data brokers. There are no tracking domains in either app, no advertising identifier is read, and no third-party analytics SDK is bundled.
Who else sees it
- The other side of your delivery. A driver who takes your job sees the addresses, the item photo and your first name. You see the driver's first name, vehicle and position while they are on the job. Neither side sees the other's phone number or email.
- Stripe — to take the payment and pay the driver.
- Checkr — driver applicants only, to run the background check the law requires for this work. Customers are never sent to Checkr.
- Nobody else. There is no data-sharing arrangement with anyone.
Deleting your account
In the app: Account → Delete your account. It asks twice, and it refuses while a delivery is in progress — a half-finished job with a deleted customer is worse for everyone than a short wait. Deletion clears your contact details, your photographs and your position history.
The financial record of completed deliveries is kept, without your contact details attached. That is not a choice: tax and payment rules require a business to keep what it charged and what it paid out.
Keeping it safe
Every request is encrypted in transit. Sign-in codes are never stored — only a hash of them, which expires. Each delivery's data is readable only by the customer who booked it and the driver who took it; that is enforced on the server, not in the app.
Children
Courier King is not for anyone under 18. Driving requires a licence, and booking requires a payment method. We do not knowingly collect anything from a child.
